Member Registration

Welcome to PensionOnline, AustralianSuper's secure website for pension members. To successfully complete the registration process you must correctly answer the questions below (all fields are mandatory).

Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) protects access to your account details. Your PIN should never be shared with another person. Your PIN must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 16 characters. There must be a mixture of alpha and numeric characters. Your PIN must not contain either your membership number or any part of your surname and given name. It can have a maximum of 16 characters. It cannot be the same as any previous PIN.

To use PensionOnline, you must provide an email address. The email address supplied will be used to send a temporary PIN if you have lost or forgotten your PIN.

Your date of birth must be entered as follows: dd/mm/yyyy.
